Accommodation Rates

 

Rates are per person per night (pppn) and are fully inclusive of all accommodation, activities, meals, beverages (within reason) and VAT. ALL RATES QUOTED IN GB POUNDS STERLING

* Visas, travel and medical insurance - which is essential (your local travel agent or airline will be able to advise you on this)

* Transport from your home to Maun and return

* Charter flight from Maun to camp (see rates below)

* Gratuities for camp staff and guides

* Purchases from the “bush boutique” such as caps, shirts and toiletries

 

Recommended Stay

7/10 nights including riding to a second “fly” camp. Due to weather and logistics flycamping is not possible from November to February inclusive, where a 5-night itinerary is an option.

This may be combined with a 2-night stay at a "water" camp to give a true Okavango experience!

 

Please note: Safaris start on Fridays for 5, 7 and 10-night itineraries.

Shorter safaris are also available year round - please enquire for availbality. 

Flight Transfers

Flights to camp booked through us are inclusive of meet and greet in Maun/Kasane and road transfer from the airstrip to Macatoo Camp. This is a 30-minute game flight from Maun or 1 ½ hours from Kasane (which is located on the Botswana side of Victoria Falls) followed by a 1-hour gamedrive/boat trip, depending on water levels. Costs are per person one way and include Government/airline taxes, which are subject to change:

Surcharges

  1. Road Transfer fee of GBP35 per booking (Each way) for:

    1. Charter Flights not booked through us 

    2. Arrivals not on Fridays

  2. Single supplement at 50% of daily rate if not prepared to share twin-bedded accommodation

  3. Single supplement at 50% of charter cost for lone travellers may apply on charter flights in the Secret Green Season
